Open the Hero11 site or app
Go to hero11-in.hero11apex.com or open the installed app.
Find Help
Scroll to Help and FAQ at the bottom of the page, or open Login/Register and tap the headset (support) icon next to the close button.
Describe the problem exactly
Include the error text, the time it happened and the match, round or transaction reference. Never share your OTP, password or UPI PIN.

The Hero11 site lists no customer-care phone number or email address. “Hero11 customer care numbers” posted elsewhere are a common scam — never call them or share codes.
